We are the people who have occupied a forest threatened by lignite – the forest of all of us in Keyenberg. We see ourselves as part of a movement that advocates systemic change. This movement also includes the climate justice movement. We put special emphasis on the aspect of justice and put global and social injustice in the focus of our struggles. Climate justice means being feminist and anti-racist and actively tackling all forms of discrimination.
